I'm a Proud Mama...

...of a new little baby puppy!!!! I am so so excited. she is just precious. i got a text from a friend this morning saying that one of her friends was trying to give away a free jack russell terrier mix. i had to jump on the offer because i've been thinking that it was high time for me to be a mama again. my dog that i loved oh so much (i'm talking obsessed) died in march, and i was completely devastated. i miss her so much. i still think about it and cry sometimes, but i figured it was time for me to somewhat move on. i was planning on getting a puppy when i graduated, so what's two weeks a little early? no biggie.

in other news... i went to the Ringling Brothers circus protest in dallas yesterday. it was awesome because so many people showed up to support the cause. i have pictures. ill post tons of baby puppy and the protest very soon. until then...

why, hello. my name is amanda, and i live in the great state of texas. i am all set to graduate with my bachelor's in social work in just 2 short weeks.
